Terms & Conditions for Transfers and Vehicle Rental
These Terms and Conditions apply to all relations between H-TEAM, s.r.o., operating under the brand Czech-Transport.com and Schedules.Czech-Transport.com (hereinafter referred to as the Company), and any person or organisation purchasing or using its services (hereinafter referred to as the Client).
Definitions
- The Company: H-TEAM, s.r.o., operating as Czech-Transport.com / Schedules.Czech-Transport.com.
- The Client: Any individual or corporate entity purchasing or using the Company’s services.
- Transfer: A one-way or return taxi, minivan, or bus service.
- Rental: The hire of a bus, minivan, or other vehicle with driver, including excursions and organised group travel.
Scope
These Terms and Conditions govern the booking, payment, cancellation, and use of transfers and vehicle rental services offered by the Company.
Booking
- Orders must be placed through the Company’s website or directly by e-mail/telephone.
- The Client must provide accurate personal and travel details (including a valid phone number with international code).
- For airport pick-ups, flight details must be provided. For hotel/private address pick-ups, the departure address and pick-up time must be stated.
- The Client is responsible for booking a vehicle of adequate capacity for passengers and luggage.
Payments
- All services must be paid in full in advance.
- Accepted payment methods: credit card (via secure third-party portal) or bank transfer.
- Payments are processed only after credited to the Company’s account.
- Prices include VAT, parking fees, and hire of the vehicle for the booked transfer.
- Additional charges may apply for waiting time, diversions, or excess passengers/luggage.
Cancellations and Refunds
- Transfers (taxi/minivan):
- More than 48 hours before departure: 85% refund
- 24–48 hours before departure: 50% refund
- Less than 24 hours: no refund
- Bus rentals:
- More than 21 days before departure: 90% refund
- 21–14 days: 50% refund
- 13–7 days: 15% refund
- 6–0 days: no refund
- Pending/urgent orders may be cancelled by the Company with a full refund if no vehicle is available.
- Refunds are processed to the original payment method within 2–5 business days. Cash refunds are not possible.
Changes / Rebooking
- Transfers: changes not accepted less than 24 hours before departure.
- Bus rentals: change fees apply depending on notice period (10–50% of price).
- All changes are subject to availability.
Waiting Time Charges
- Airport pick-ups: 30–40 minutes free (depending on vehicle type). Then 30–90 EUR/hour.
- Seaports/cruise terminals: 30 minutes free. Then 30 EUR/hour.
- Hotels/private addresses: 15 minutes free. Then 30–90 EUR/hour.
No Show / Missed Flights
- If the Client fails to meet the driver at the agreed time and place, or provides incorrect booking details, it is considered a no show.
- Payments are non-refundable in such cases.
- If a flight is cancelled and the Company is informed in time, rebooking may be possible with a 25% fee.
Client Responsibilities
- The Client must behave appropriately and follow the driver’s instructions.
- The driver may refuse carriage if a passenger is intoxicated, abusive, or endangers safety.
- Only bottled water may be consumed on board; alcohol and smoking are strictly prohibited.
- Animals and bicycles are accepted only with prior approval.
Damage
The Client is liable for any damage caused to the vehicle.
Charges include:
- Seats (dirty, broken, torn): 100 € each
- Tray tables: 150 € each
- Curtains: 100 € each
- WC: 200 €
- Windows: 450 € each
Claims
- Complaints must be submitted by e-mail to info@czech-transport.com within 8 days of travel.
- For service disruptions, written confirmation from the driver/operator is required.
- The Company will process claims in cooperation with the carrier/operator.
Liability and Limitations
- The Company acts as an intermediary and is not liable for the operation of vehicles or services provided by carriers.
- The Company is not responsible for traffic delays, adverse weather, or force majeure.
- Liability is limited to the amount paid by the Client for the booking.
Force Majeure
The Company is not liable for failure to perform its obligations if caused by events beyond its reasonable control, including strikes, natural disasters, wars, epidemics, or government measures.
Governing Law and Jurisdiction
These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by the laws of the Czech Republic. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Prague, Czech Republic.
Language
In the event of discrepancies between translations, the English version shall prevail.
